“Carbon Catcher of the Year” is an annual award presented to an individual who has distinguished themselves through exceptional efforts to reduce carbon emissions or remove carbon from the cycle through technology. The contribution may take the form of technological innovation, policy work, investments, partnerships, or other concrete measures that help remove, capture, store, and/or reduce carbon emissions.
The award is presented by the Norwegian Polytechnic Society, with a jury consisting of the board of PF CO₂ Management and the Secretary General.
