Our ambition is to create a foundation for French-Norwegian leadership successfully driving the green industry shift. The Forum provides an arena to develop dialogue between policy makers, industries, R&D and financial institutions, and advance commercial partnerships and binding cooperation agreements between France and Norway on a political and industrial level.

The Norwegian CCUS Association, part of Polytechnic Society, and the French Club CO₂ signed a Memorandum of Understanding during the 2022 French-Norwegian Hydrogen & CCS Forum in Paris in 2022, outlining collaboration areas for CCS. This agreement was reinforced in 2024 at The French-Norwegian Green Industry Forum, signaling a commitment to strengthen bilateral cooperation on CCUS solutions between France and Norway.

This conference is organized by the French-Norwegian Chamber of Commerce, in cooperation with Innovation Norway, the Norwegian Embassy in France, the French Embassy in Norway, Team France Export, Bpifrance, The Research Council of Norway, DGE (France) and Institut français de Norvège.
